Rummy is a group of matching card games that feature similar gameplay based on matching cards of the same rank or order and suit. The basic objective of any form of rummy is to create combinations, which can be sets (three or four of the same rank) or suites (three or more consecutive cards of the same suit) and be first or out. He scored more points than the opposition.

There are two common theories about the origin of rum, which attribute its origins to Mexico and China in the 19th century.

The first is that it originated in Mexico around the 1890s, on a deck described as a Conquian R.F. Foster Foster’s Complete Hoyle’s Book, which was played with a 40-card Spanish deck and had a combination of mechanics. The second is that rummy originated in Asia and rummy is the result of a mahjong variation called Kun P’ai, which was westernized as Khanhoo by W.H. by Wilkinson in 1891.
Games scholar David Parlett combines these two theories and suggests that the Mexican game Conquian is the ancestor of all rummy games, and that Conquian is the equivalent of the Chinese game Khanhoo.
The principle of drawing and discarding to combine appears in Chinese card games at least as early as the early 19th century and possibly as early as the 18th century.
Rum variations such as gin and canasta became popular in the 20th century. Rummy games are popular in India and it is believed that Indian Rummy is an extension of Gin Rummy and Rummy 500 which originated in the United States.

Some attribute it to the British slang word rum, which means odd, strange or strange. Others say it originated in the game Rum Poker, or the popular liquor of the same name.
Depending on the variant, each player is dealt a number of cards from a standard 52-card deck, multiple decks, or special cards used for specific games. The undealt cards are placed face down in the middle in a pile known as the stock. In most variations, one card is turned face up next to the action where the players discard or discard cards, and this is called a discard pile. In 10-card rummy, often played with two, three, or four players, each player is dealt a t card. In five-player rummy games, each player is dealt six cards. In 500 Rummy, each player is dealt a number of cards. In Indian rum, each player is dealt 13 cards.
A merge can be a set (also known as a book) or a run. A suit consists of at least three cards of the same rank, such as 4♥ 4♦ 4♠ or K♥ K♦ K♠ K♣. A straight consists of three or more consecutive cards of the same J♣ Q♣ K♣ or 4♥ 5♥ 6♥ 7♥ suit. Very few variations allow races that have mixed combinations. With some variations of the rum, other patterns may be allowed. In some variants, the meld (set and run) must be 3 or 4 cards, while other variants allow larger melds using longer runs, for example: 8♠ 9♠ 10♠ J ♠ Q♠ or, if multiple decks or wild cards are used, 5♦ 5♦ 5♥ 5♠ 5♠ or Q♥ Q♦ Q♣ j. Jokers (like Joker) can be used to represent any card in meld. The number of jokers in a combination may be limited.

Depending on the variation of the game, players take turns adding and removing cards from their hands. There are many different ways to do this, but it usually involves choosing a card from the stock and discarding the card. In some variations the meld is revealed to all players by placing them face up on the table, in other variations each player keeps their hands hidden until revealed. Some options allow you to pick up scrap tires. Some variants allow them to steal cards from their opponents.

In most variations, a player must place all of his cards in at least two suits (although he may be allowed to discard a card into the discard pile before revealing it). After the player has connected all the cards, they reveal the tire hand and the player presents the hand for confirmation. All other players reveal their melds and dead weight. The act of sending cards is called showing.
After a successful show, the winner or all players draw a hand. In most variations, the numbered cards are assigned certain points, while the king cards (J-Q-K) are assigned points, and A often has a different point value. Scoring often involves adding points to each player’s meld cards (sets and runs) and subtracting points from cards that were not melded. The winner can also receive a bonus for winning. Some special or difficult combinations can also award extra points to the hand. A player may have a negative score if their unrevealed cards total more than their melded cards. Usually the game continues until the player passes a threshold, for example 1000 points.
There are many variations of Ram, but most are based on a common set of features found in the base game. The following rules follow Parlett (2008) unless otherwise noted.
Standard 52-card decks are used: one is enough for two or three players; Four to seven may use a double pack, which may have two different designs on the back of the cards. Alternatively, four to six players can play with a single deck, but with a reduced number of cards. To be exact, a double pack of 104 matching cards in German has been produced for the first time in years. Jokers are wild.
The Complete Rules For Rummy
The first dealer can be chosen by drawing lots. Deal and play is clockwise. The dealer shuffles the deck well and the player to his right can cut. Up to Sev can play and receive 10 cards each, provided two packs are available if four or more players are playing. The cards dealt are summarized in the table below:
Cards are dealt clockwise, top to bottom, one at a time. The dealer turns over the next card to start the discard pile and places the rest of the deck, face down, between the players as a supply.
Play begins with the player to the dealer’s left and proceeds clockwise. In turn, each player takes the top card from the stock or discards it from the pile. If drawing from the discard pile, a player may draw multiple cards. The player will perform one or both of the following actions:

Finally, after performing a merge or discard, the player must discard one card into the discard pile, face up. A player who removes a face-up card from the discard pile cannot replace the same card on the discard pile, but must discard another card.
How To Play Rummy
If the supply runs out, the next player can choose to draw from the discard pile or flip it over to create a new supply. The cancel order is not mixed. After a new stock is formed, the top card is drawn to create a new discard pile. A player can call a rummy if the point is thrown into the discard pile. However, they cannot call a rome if the card becomes a point while in the discard pile.
Go out. A player may exit by discarding the last remaining card in their hand, whether as part of a meld, cutoff, or discard. If a playable point is ignored in an attempt to “exit”, said cancellation will be “ram”.
Note: Some players require discarding the last card in the player’s hand. That is, the player cannot exit by merging or shooting. He must discard the last card.
Example. Anna holds 7♦ 8♦ and draws the 9♦ , setting up a straight. It passes by merging its sequence and without undoing it. Or assuming B has 3♣ 4♣ K♠ and draws the 5♣ , he can join 3♣ 4♣5♣ , fold the K♠ and come out. Or if there’s a straight 8♥ 9♥ 10♥ on the table and Charlotte, who has the Q♥, collects the J♥, she can put her two cards on the existing suit and come out.
